If the data and your gut say repairs are needed and he won't budge AND you don't have the capital to make the repairs yourself...i would walk.  

I spoke to support at mysmartmove.com and they said the only data points used in criminal background checks are full name and DOB, so any crimes  associated with that Name/DOB will show up on the criminal history search.

Core logic is the biggest in the world.But, there are also some local and regional companies that are cheaper and have the exact same data. 

Would be nice if there was more historical sales data instead of just the last sale.
