Philadelphia deed records?

Does Philadelphia County provide free access to real estate sales records? 

Similar to what Montgomery County provides: http://propertyrecords.montcopa.org

I've only been able to find pay for access from the PHL recorder of deeds.

Not sure if this is what your looking for, but try brtweb.phila.gov, property information, search for a property. It has a lot of the same information as the Montgomery county link you listed. There's also a link from there to the property tax info and another one for L&I information. Philadelphia R.E. Tax site can be accessed directly at http://www.phila.gov/revenue/realestatetax/
