If you don't have a buyers agreement signed with them it makes it even more difficult for them to be on your side because they are basically a representative of the seller.

buyers dont pay a commision, the seller pays both the selling agents and the buyers agensts commision. if you want your best interest first; then hire a buyers agent sign a contract and you pay the commision. so, since you dont pay to buy houses, find ONE agent and work with him/her to purchase your houses.
