I am currently a buyers agent on our team and my father controls our listing inventory.

Is there somewhere some type of Real Estate inventory chart or data available, grouped by city/zip and year?

That's with another investor too, any tenant occupant will be a consumer transaction subject to Dodd-Frank and you're not selling your principal residence you're selling inventory as an investor/dealer.

Our market is hot, inventory is low, homes are flying off the shelf in that $300,000 and below price range.

We have been looking for a property in Miami for about 6 months but the inventory is minimum.

I have noticed that the inventory for homes in Bridgeport, CT that are for sale on the MLS has dwindled substantially. 

There is lack of inventory in certain areas and that includes the entire state! 

@Dave Foster ,the other issue with small market is the lack of inventory.  

@Ned Carey  Ned can correct me.. but I don't think the go look is feasible at all.you get a massive list and you never know exactly which ones are going to be avalaible on auction days.Unless this list Ned is talking about is avalaible inventory... that they are holding until someone buys them.. that would be different. but I suspect that you need to look at 100's of properties to pluck out a few that you would actually like.. so not feasible to pay someone to go do this unless this is your business
