I close on my first duplex tomorrow and I am wanting to send an introduction letter to the tenants who are currently occupying the other unit.

Landlord shall be listed as an additional insured on Tenant’s policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance, and Tenant shall provide Landlord with current Certificates of Insurance evidencing Tenant’s compliance with this Paragraph.

The initial introduction start out great and goes down Hill from there.

I found the paragraph immediately after what you quoted somewhat troubling:"The servicer must notify the borrower that a property transferred to an LLC must be transferred back to a natural person prior to any subsequent refinance application in order to meet Fannie Mae’s Selling Guide underwriting requirements."
