Does anyone have any experience with International buyers for high end properties in the U.S?

I do have a section in the lease about not disturbing other tenants, so I'll point that out and be sure to make it clear that tenants should resolve their issues internally whenever possible.

Not bad for an unlevered return, but that just wouldn't be worth the risk for me, considering the unknown factor of landlord tenant laws, property right laws, and an international relations situation that seems to be always in flux.

I have had this same internal question over the past 12-16 months...I think it is safer to try to do both.

To sum it up Chattanooga is attractive for, the Downtown Area/Restaurants & Stores/Nature Activities and City Attractions, Job Growth/Economic Growth, Technology Advancement with Large international companies establishing plants, Tourism, Colleges and Schools, No Income State Tax, and many more I can't think of now. 

What are some advice and tips for doing real estate internationally and how do you think real estate investing would be internationally during Covid-19.

Many firms would probably have a larger headcount, including a CFO, because you also need to have solid internal controls.
