Might take persuading the city and industry to think outside the box?

This is the industry that I currently work in, so my knowledge is already well developed.

I spoke to a company who buys notes and he told me to basically stay away from this industry for the time being as there is really no money being made for the work involved...

Frankly, I think you are pretty late in the game unless you are willing to invest in your skills and relationships to become an industry insider.

Hmmm, I've never read a REI book, or listened to any Podcasts....I gotta get out more, I guess.But this industry is mostly common sense.

I worked in the audit practice of a big 4 firm for 6.5 years before leaving for industry accounting.

. - Write out a detailed letter/email explaining your time in the industry as a whole; including how much you have made each year as a nurse, how your contracts work, how you get paid, and job outlook. - Provide all of your Tax Returns for the last several years as a nurse. - Ask your recruiter to write an email to the lenders stating your contract terms and length, and outlook for employment. 

Can you please comment on how realistic and how expensive is it to purchase one of these parcels and have it rezoned for commercial or industrial use so we can build our structure and open for business?

Meaning they'll run your credit to qualify you for the card (even though in the end it will be under the EIN of the business and business name), however those cards will not appear on your credit reports.They will only show up on your personal credit reports if they go delinquent, because you guaranteeing that they will be paid.By the time next year comes around you should have recovered from the inquiry or two for the card(s) you apply for.If you want to establish net30 credit lines that report, with no personal inquiries I'd recommend Uline and MSC industrial to start.

As a Realtor i am biased, but in my opinion, the industry sets up for-sale-by-owners (FSBOs) for failure.
