. - Write out a detailed letter/email explaining your time in the industry as a whole; including how much you have made each year as a nurse, how your contracts work, how you get paid, and job outlook. - Provide all of your Tax Returns for the last several years as a nurse. - Ask your recruiter to write an email to the lenders stating your contract terms and length, and outlook for employment.

Meaning they'll run your credit to qualify you for the card (even though in the end it will be under the EIN of the business and business name), however those cards will not appear on your credit reports.They will only show up on your personal credit reports if they go delinquent, because you guaranteeing that they will be paid.By the time next year comes around you should have recovered from the inquiry or two for the card(s) you apply for.If you want to establish net30 credit lines that report, with no personal inquiries I'd recommend Uline and MSC industrial to start.

As a Realtor i am biased, but in my opinion, the industry sets up for-sale-by-owners (FSBOs) for failure.
