some of them are on the bp market place and they are all on cl, I have done some locally and I have title companies for each one I call and get that going and make sure they will work with a wholesaler before I contract the deal just seems like tracking buyers down in each state is becoming a pain lol

Separating water could be a major pain and expense as you would need to add a lot of meters, they may have to dig a lot depending on how the main is coming in, etc.If splitting is going to be a lot or not possible, one thing you could do is RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System).
