Looking for some opinions please..I am on track to close on my second investment property (3/2)  in a few weeks or so with flexible plans for the Seller to rent it back at a discount for a couple months. 

It is a non profit housing assistance service out of Charlotte.

Even offer them something to review (not a bribe to give a good review, just something to give a reveiw; most of which will be good).

Investment Info:Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Primarily rented to military- never had a problem, required to end lease or evict. 

I’m fairly new to the self-managing/property management business and certainly new to dealing with section 8 tenants.I have a potential section 8 tenant who has inquired about one of my properties and they are in their opinion “disgusted” with the way the carpet looks however up until this point in my efforts of marketing the property I have not had one complaint concerning the carpet.That being said she has requested to rip out the carpet, in turn to replace the carpet with hardwood floors. 

My wife is also part ofa LP/GP (where she is the asset manager) that acquired a value-addapartment complex in Houston, where the renovations are now complete, and theGP is in preparations for the refinance.We are currently working on further expanding ourlocal portfolio and are planning out our next larger acquisitions.

Do these companies typically have 3rd party services/placement agency/some function in HR to provide relocation assistance to a new/relocating employee (within the US or international). 

Just speaking personally, and not knowing anything about rank breeze, I don't think you need any other platform to help you out unless you have a horrible location?

However, they’ve told me their daughter might move in next summer, so I’ll likely need to find a new place in about a year.
