We discovered during inspection that the hall bathroom has an alcove for a shower, but no shower installed and the space is too small for a bathtub.

I wish I knew all of this sooner, but I guess better late than never.

This tenant operates a resale business and is currently renting a single unit on the ground floor.

To me this would be okay if you are in more class A areas.
