Multiplex investment opportunity With total 8 bedrooms/4 baths (2/1 bedroom) all 4 units currently occupied with total monthly income about $2295-2300) Rental Income $2295-2300 Expenses:$1,321; 2 units recently renovated with new flooring and paint/bathroom updates, New AC units, with coin-operated washer/dryer.

There were a few surprises in the house that brought it from a home run to a solid base hit (electrical, plumbing, foundation, water, concrete, etc...) 

Others more experienced than I may know better but it looks like a rotted out countertop or the flooring of the cabinet 

He has to replace one row of bathroom floor tile that was up against the tub.

The floors and paint need to be done but other cosmetic stuff can also wait.

I was wondering if anyone is sourcing any products online such as cabinets, countertops, floors, vanities, windows, etc.?

I'm talking about flooring, painting and basically all the handyman stuff, though could include more dangerous work like concrete hammer-jacking. 

When I am done my day job, I want to be on the floor laying tiles, cutting wood, etc etc.

We out all new laminate floors, trim and door package.
