My current plan is to go “Home Depot fancy”- stock cabinets, cheap granite counters, the cheapest stainless steel appliances I can get at a scratch and dent, vinyl plank flooring (other option is to refinish the hardwoods),and wood look porcelain tile in the baths.

Is there a list somewhere that says, "putting a kitchen cabinet in should take x" etc.

My wife and 8 have full time jobs, we flip houses, and build custom cabinets on side.

-Remove popcorn ceiling-Remove carpets-Smooth and paint ceilings-Lay LVT flooring throughout-Remove upper cabinets to open up kitchen-Replace cabinets (kitchen & bathroom)-Replace counters (kitchen & bathroom)-Replace sink (kitchen & bathroom)-Remodel bathrooms-Replace sliding doors for closets w/ mirrored ones-Replaces door frames and doors-Replace knobs/fixtures that we’re painted white-Hang new curtains-Replace ceiling fan and other outdated fixtures-Add baseboards-Remove turf that’s not turf from lanai-Replace with real grass-Lay stone tile for lanai-Replace cracked windowsI’m pretty sure there’s more I need to do but can’t think of it.

They messed the railing up on the wall and also seen scratch marks on the one cabinet so they must have had a pet.

3bds, 2 baths, living rm and dining rm. new everything. siding, appliances, cabinet, laminate floor for kitchen and all the rooms.

The project is almost done with final expenses including paying granite, cabinets, labor for tile, final plumbing and electrical.

These cabinets are over 30yrs old
