We have access to expired listings, however, my sense on short sales that have expired is either, they got a loan mod, relisted again with another agent, or are unmotivated.Anyone had success doing this?

To clarify: I, as do most others, do not consider small multi-family, single box storefronts, and mobile home parks as commercial.

I thought one of the big boxes (can't recall if Home Depot or Lowes) had the peel-n-stick metal look tiles in stock.

I dont use my mac all of the time and it is very hard to proof/spell check your post in the little box they give you to write in.

The place will still be littered with beer cans and old pizza boxes, but at least you'll keep the funk in the kitchen, bath, and floors from building up into a caked-on coating of God-knows-what.
