Hi, I Was just wondering if anyone out there knows of any good sheet type back splash materials. I am doing my first house and i was hoping to find a quicker alternative to tile back splash. I have torn down a lot of fake plastic tiles in the kitchen so the wall is pretty rough looking and i was hoping to find a nice sheet type product.

Here is a site that details using formica as a backsplash.

Here is a blog that uses SimpleMat as a "mortar" for a backsplash:

These metal peel-and-stick are kind of pricey, but will give an upgraded look to your property:

Good Luck!
