Would I need to put my properties under an LLC or a company name to do so or can I just come as I am?

Units are affordable less than ground up builds but rents are almost identical in most cases.The timeframe to have a company come out and install a TH, Modular or MH is usually 60-90 days.

It's a company which started a Glamping business in Puerta Vallarta.

I did interview ~30 companies during the closing process, and funny enough, ended up going with the very first one I talked to.

My wife and I are occasional flippers with 4 under our belt and we typically use a heloc on our primary to secure hard money and pay for rehabs.I own a plumbing company I’m just getting off the ground and know the money will be there eventually but could be a while.My mother in law lives in CA (I live in oregon) and they have a few rentals plus their primary that they have 1million plus in equity in.

You obviously can hire a management company, but there aren't a lot of warning signs if things are going poorly.

Just looking for some advice on the overall market and some cleaning and handyman companies you would recommend. 

Law: Illinois has a law that requires (I believe) the insurance company to give a 'General and Special Taxes & Demolition Expenses' Form (Important info for this issue) to the city when claims/damages are over a certain dollar value.

The owner is under an LLC company.
