I think seattle is an outlier because of amazons impact.

Search it on Amazon, then scroll down to the "Customers who bought this also bought" section and be ready to unload some money because there lots of great books in there to read.I'd probably avoid all the Dan Kennedy stuff.

@Matthew Soule I haven’t done this but another investor I know said he uses “game cameras” (like game hunting) for surveillance on his properties especially the vacant ones.Another option is Amazon Blink but make sure to get the ones that are rated for outside if you’re going to put them there.Also keep in mind that you may wake up one day to find the cameras smashed or spray painted.That’s a very tough problem if you live in the building.

She currently rents a small studio but recently we have had the opportunity to look at a commercial condo for sale.

For example "mfh” is overheated or commercial is getting killed by Amazon and e-commerce.

I've read a few of the BP books and am awaiting on a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad from Amazon (which is constantly being pushed back for delivery, currently June 4th).

I also like the development Project Charm at the east side of Pflugerville which is putting in a MASSIVE Amazon Warehouse.  

In 2021 I purchased my first home and was able to house hack, the property came with a giant garage that was converted into a studio apartment that has one tenant, which their rent covers my mortgage note.in the last 5 years I had two pieces of inherited land, one of which was ten acres in a flood zone, in a troubled area & another that is 1 acre on waterfront property.

We’re renovating a small 450 sq ft studio apartment and a small hallway.

The 2 car garage could also be converted to additional bedrooms or maybe even a studio in the future.
