Commercial Condo - SBA 504?

Hi everyone. Just started out with Bigger Pockets last couple months. I have been reading and watching webinars and podcasts. My wife has had her own hair stylist business for the last 5 years. She currently rents a small studio but recently we have had the opportunity to look at a commercial condo for sale. I was told to look at SBA 504 loans. The Property is about 250k, i don't have much cash at the moment and am trying to figure out the best way to make this happen. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with SBA loans.
