I have been reading, listening, writing every piece of information that I can find on wholesaling.

It is simple function of demand in the market place.

You can write them out and have tenants review them before they fill out an application.

This is a huge red flag, if you do not see it you will after they move in and this problem can become something big, all because you saw the sign and chose to ignore what it was telling you.If I were you, I would create a policy and procedure manual and write down like you are talking to someone that is going to take over your position.

Imagine having to write checks from 10 different LLC's for rental properties repairs, insurance etc. 

I thougt about half of this **** while I was writing this letter and some of it might be a little too tough.  

But that one is up to you I hadn't thought about the write off part.

Honestly, and because at the time of writing the email, i didn't have any guarantees from anyone - no partners, my wife, my bank...no one.

Drive for dollars and write yellow letters.

Then they have total control and can write checks out of that account to my company??
