Make sure they give the 30 days.BUT....knowing it is winter and that you have your other unit to finish, I would probably work something out to get them to stay at least until you finish your side and get it rented. 

I let her know the title company would call her and now she’s saying they want to Wait til after the holidays to do anything.... 

But I have been advertising unit during the holidays and have had zero reply’s .

(Assuming Comps decrease in value)Granted it is winter and I believe the market will pick back up come Spring...But I hate to make investments based off assumptions.
