Are there tools or websites that can tell you the average rent of a place along with the average asking price?

I found a site called Roofstock that claims to do all the work for you and it seems that there are pretty good reviews and experiences.

Many of the websites that give rental estimates are just averaging what is listed but don't look at amenities or property types.

I was just on one of their sites the other day and it had a long list of lenders.
