I paid a small fee to a web hosting service (found by doing a key word search in the BP forums) to get a domain and be hosted. 

So I decided to write my own web scrapper and create own data base.

Buildium for example just introduced RESTful APIs but it is only available in their top tier package.

I too was intrigued by kiosks until I compared their functionality and cost to that of a web based management software with online rental capabilities. 

They may not have the slick web site and the cool app that some of the big banks do but they sure have been easy to work with...at least that has been my experience.
