@Joe Rudi Forgive me if this comment has already been made but trying to get that info now may be a lost cause as a tenant that is going to be evicted usually isn't concerned with their credit report. i would take this as a lesson learned and partner with the PM company (if you didn't fire them already) to ensure your standards are clearly communicated and met with every tenant and to make sure this never happens again.Hope this helps
