@Joshua LevineI’m in the Southern Colorado Market.Mostly use online tools that the prospecting tenant can pay for themselves and the company will report it to me.

Things like, who directed the work, how were they paid, who supplied the tools, equipment, & materials, do they work for anyone else, etc. 

End butt, non overlap, vinyl plank is the way to go on a slab and no cutting with power tools required!

I am exposing myself to as many tools as I can before buying my first property and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
