I also listen/buy some books in between the podcasts and YouTube videos, but books add up in cost before you know it.I'm also putting together all of the due diligence checklists/paperwork/team members/Microsoft project schedule, for each style house and customizing to the specifics like level of rehab or a 3 and 2 or 3 and 1 etc.

I was hoping to use their SSN provided on the Rental Application (adequately disclosed) to confirm with the SSN provided for their credit report but seems that CreditKarma doesn't have this capability (they don't have a live customer service number to call and confirm info).

I have: BP push rates to AirBnB, which direct syncs to Porter, with Porter then marking up pricing to HomeAway and Booking.com, while simultaneously marking down rates on my private booking site (run by Porter) since there’s no booking fees and I control the customer relationship.

If you have dealt with a lender multiple times and shown you are a good customer, they are much more willing to give out a deal like this which is much riskier to the bank.
