Mark gets it.Yes they WILL scope you out, and if you are memorable, different, unique, anything that sets you apart, be it a fancy logo, a beautiful yomanz on the card, what ever  it is, it only helps your case.See keep this golden rule in mind when doing any kind of marketing.

Real estate is pretty uniquely insulated from the fluctuations of the market at-large, so investing in other things comes with greater inherent risks, of course (plus you can re-fi out and re-invest depending on the circumstances).

With really nice units in Ohio or Michigan, they may select from a huge number of applicants.

New wholesaler here and my question is how does one select the neighborhood to drive in when driving for dollars.
