Biggest issue is how you fund medical care since that's probably THE biggest excuse for taxes (maybe after schools).As far as deficits go, Cali has every kind of tax and they are ALWAYS short of funds for stuff like schools. 

Your basing your trends on 17 years Of history but there have been very unique things that could have happened to Towns that did not occur in others.  

And it someone where to die or have a serious medical injury on your property the medical and attorney fees could easily climb above your umbrella policy.

We live in a unique place that doesn’t follow the standard rules you read about on these forums so just thought it’d be interesting to hear perspectives from others as there haven’t been a lot of recent local discussions re our market.

Professionally, I have been working in the medical field for the past 8 years, and I am finally at a point where I can shift focus to build a real estate portfolio.

To sell one unit you either need a legal subdivision to create either condos or fee simple 0' setback units utilizing the Planned Unit Development (or whatever it is locally) procedure...or in SF you have a very unique market in that TIC are more common ways of selling units without a subdivision.

What I'm saying is I think Austin is a diverse enough economy with lots of demand to live here from tech, university, government, medical and manufacturing industries to name a few.

wood deck, therefore has needed painting and touch up (which, has been getting expensive to me in my unique situation).

We really like our neighborhood so I think the opportunity is very unique but I don't want to make a mistake. 

I really think having a unique and memorable business name is valuable, but I would also hate to have it hurt me in the long run.
