Seems like Indy is also a stable and high cash-flowing market.Kevin, that is definitely not B class in Atlanta---maybe 4 or 5 years ago but not today.

I am really excited because I saw my first property today and I am getting ready to make an offer!

The distinction is that (in many cases) an LLC with have a manager that will  oversee the day-to-day operations of the LLC but does not have a financial interest (not an owner).

Combining the 2 loans into 1 now at today's rates and today's value is going to be more beneficial to you than waiting to see what the future holds.
