Transitioning to a new firm, but want to keep it as simple as possible before I move over, so I don't have to pay exorbitant fees, because regular accountants cannot take care of international stuff! 

We discussed the possibility of partnering to invest in Real Estate together.So we had a follow-up meeting today and hashed out the basics:Initial capital investments, entity formation, target market, and strategy. 

Do as much research as possible on the property and find out the title situation from the seller...if multiple signatures are needed, make sure they know that you need to move quickly since others will be involved.

Which area should I aim or is there even possible for me to find such property?

I always am interested in reading as many contracts as possible.

I may need to put on the tool belt more in the beginning, but hope to automate the process as much as possible and employ as many people, creating value in their lives  Thanks again Dave.Ray Sample

it is perfectly possible to be open with the seller and let them know that you have contacts which will allow you to sell the home for him.

I am possibly looking to invest in Palmerston North and Wellington areas.
