I do this all day every day, full-time, but I still lean on three or four realtors to help me double-check numbers and thoughts.  

On a different note, how did you choose the particular towns in Northeast Ohio that you've chosen to invest in?

However, after discussing more with the realtor it was disclosed that the landlord was responsible for water and gas, which very much destroyed the cash flow I thought I had.

My thought was to take out a mortgage against the property for about 250-300k and invest that money in a multifamily 3+ apartments up to 750k-800k.

Our town is mostly Christian so I would be contacting a few churches, but there's also a Sikh gurdwara here who I would love to contact, and definitely my Pagan buddies would be finding out about it too.Any thoughts?
