I know there are alot of different ways trust me I have spoken with alot of lenders by trying their flip loans, dscr loans, but nothing seems to allow me to cash out refi and get my money back.Simple example 120k pp, 40k rehab, arv 220k , with about 1500 rent- seems reasonableCan I get examples of what everyone else is doing.Thanks That's a terrible deal, all in 170kish, with 1500 in rent, very low ROI, if you finance well , basically no return,I can provide 100 examples, here are 4 just from the last week or soAll cash purchases, 7 UNIT, ALL IN 200K, net rent 35k-on gross of about 50k, 4/2 all in 75k, 1400 rent2br all in 55k, 850 rent.Duplex, all in 75k, 1800 /month rent, those are deals :) Good luck to you
