And good schools and infrastructure.The southeast side is cheapest, but riskier tenants, but you have a lot of long term stable jobs there like the Nissan plant, wear housing, amazon, airport workers.That's just my personal strategy's.

I don't know about other states but here in Michigan you can't just put one in anywhere it's highly regulated and each city will have different requirements one grow facility that I'm working on needs to be 1000 feet away from a residence, school, daycare, etc. so there are only a few areas we can build.
