@J Scott when we talk about getting started in a career with guru's in the early 60s in aviation magazines it was the same way selling the dream of becoming an airline pilot..

But I do have a full time career that pays well and my risk is minimized because I am not reliant on real estate.

Initially I began my investing career looking into fix and flips, then shifted my attention to the Notes side of the business.

It is a very affluent neighborhood and the young (who don't have access to daddy's millions) won't be able to move here for years into their careers...they simply can't afford it.
