New Investor-Charlotte, NC
Hi everyone,
My name is Corey and I am looking to move down to Charlotte, NC soon and begin my career in RE. I was wondering if anyone knows a good way of figuring out the best areas to invest without actually driving around. My business partner and I are looking to get into flipping initially but we currently live in NJ. So its not very easy to get down there to do research and we want to get as much done as possible before the move so we are ready to invest once we are settled in.
Thanks
Corey
