At BP, timing is everything and this site has the tools for you to succeed, including free online videos and courses for you to watch and learn from.

While a few have been laughed off, strides have been made.My partners and I have formed our LLC and are closing on our first property this monthBigger pockets helped me learn more about Solo K's and I have 2 properties under contract under my trust  - Thank you @sensefinancialAnd, I have my duplex under contractWhen I listen to the BP podcasts  they all come to the question " What prevents people from succeeding or even getting started?". 

BP is loaded with all the information you will need to succeed in whatever niche of real estate investing you wish to pursue and the community is filled with knowledgeable investors and professionals to learn from and connect with.

I can't see any scenario where you can help the insurance company, or help your former tenant, and even less of a reason why you would want to help one succeed legally against the other. you can't mitigate this, and you don't want to pick sides, the only thing you can do by talking is make it worse.

I am now at the "getting the experience" part of the game farming for leads, and have full confidence and faith that I can succeed in this.

These people know you and want to see you succeed.

Yes you can succeed starting from where you are, but it won't be easy and probably won't be fast.
