I'm having a bit of trouble following the numbers here and determining the number of lots they are offering for $200k, but either way the lot rent coming in each month nearly substantiates the $200k asking price.The key question here would be:  how much capital and work is going to have to go into rehabbing the old mobile homes and making them rent-ready?
