This may not be the case with you - I don't know - and I apologize for spilling all of these beans.  

(Please note: I'm not trying to convince you or anyone to believe in what I believe in)  It's because of these beliefs that I am a continuous learner; try and surround myself w/ people with the same aspirations and moral code as myself; develop multiple streams of income (the streams are related but different).

QBO offers tagging which I use to separate each income stream. 

I'm looking for a way to make my 80k cash grow and use to create a steady income stream. 

The tax benefits are awesome and you can generate a nice monthly income stream. 

In addition to a simple zoning, there are things like IPES Scores, Coverage %, compact soil presence, stream zoning.So, my questions is what information I need to gather before I make an offer and what contingencies do I need to think about. thanks.Lenny
