.  :-)After you've paid someone to help you figure out whether what you want it feasible, getting an approved TPM is a process 3 with the City. 

If it is in a transitional neighborhood, I would replace all the hardware and keep the originals in storage.

Have your tenants asked for more garage storage, or would the new barn be rented to someone else?

My property layout is; each apartment gets a garage long enough for a storage room, and a car.
