The answer to his question is regardless of which method he chooses to take to get paid, either his personal or his disregarded LLC, the impact on his personal return is the same as @Wayne Brooks mentioned.

Not sure about eviction law where you’re at, but once you accept certain electronic payment methods where you can’t “deny acceptance”, then you may end up in an eviction where the tenant pays after you’ve started the eviction and you’d need to ask the eviction attorney how to proceed...most likely writing a check and delivering it back to tenant with a letter stating you’re not accepting their money.

This may have been already mentioned... it is going to be EXTREMELY difficult to cash flow a Vacation STR using traditional finance methods.

I have read quite a few real estate books, and have about 21K saved up and am ready to purchase my first rental property using the BRRRR method.

I can't tell a lot from the pictures, but the method they used to connect the joists to the beam is by no means a best practice method.
