Not sure about eviction law where you’re at, but once you accept certain electronic payment methods where you can’t “deny acceptance”, then you may end up in an eviction where the tenant pays after you’ve started the eviction and you’d need to ask the eviction attorney how to proceed...most likely writing a check and delivering it back to tenant with a letter stating you’re not accepting their money.
