Our success was predicated on having the cash and being able to move at light speed... and that is what it takes if your going to do pre foreclosure rescue..

That would speed you up a lot, but I still don't think it would be $100k in 5 years. 

If this is in other countries, I guess Government will roll out new legislations to ban this kind of thing in a lighting speed. 

I was driving to Vegas on the 15 Freeway and got pulled over for speeding.

This usually speeds things up.

The next day, after our offer was signed around, the Listing Agent commented that he received two other offers both higher than ours...Speed matters in real estate. 

Eats up a lot of time...guess I need to get some contractors in these areas locked down so I can have them on speed dial!
