For bigger renovations or repairs that require specialized skills, it’s usually best to bring in a pro.

However that is a long time to just wait, maybe get your RE license and help people buy and sell homes and mabye you'll realize its more fun than being a property manager.

That can be the reason some people have differing opinions on how each group should operate in the real estate investment space.
