Would love some feedback of my super smart folks out there.I just picked up a single family zoned R2 that I've confirmed with the city can make a duplex.

(Please be nice lol, I am a sleep deprived, working,  single mom going to school and have no family living nearby to help with anything,  so sometimes my brain doesn’t work well).

@Tom Ott works for a turnkey company (Smartland) that primarily does single family / small (<5 unit) though they have done mid sized properties and are trying to evolve into a syndicator of even larger deals.Let the board know more about the property; how many units, what area of the city, etc and you should get some recommendations.Oren

Basic training is at Lackland Air Force Base, and there is a graduation nearly every single weekend of the year.
