And the address history is a very important component of the credit report, and that is why I always suggest that you must get a FULL credit report, not just some score or pass/fail or accept/reject.

Credit reports only reflect payment history on borrowed money, not monthly bills like rent, utilities, car insurance, etc..But even though it doesn't report and affect your score, the payment history is very valuable.

You would prefer the guarantor to own the place where they live and have great credit score (not the so-so scores you'll take from a tenant).The recentness  of the eviction helps in measuring the risk.
