They have been trying to get them to remove the animal through a more civil manner, but I was wondering if they do not ultimately comply with removing the animal, could they possibly evict him, and if so, what routes would you guys take in issuing a notice of compliance, etc.?

Another route to consider is multifamily.

I was leaning towards that route but my bank charges a 30 dollar a month fee and I'm not one for knocking down doors so this is the route in definitely taking.

So this is a concern.If I do choose to go the vacation rental route for all or part of the house, it's location will be a draw.

I took the onlline route and it's working so far for me.

I do not have "experience" per say but that is the next route that I really want to go.

@Todd Dexheimer I like that idea and it seems that others have the same opinion so that seems like the best route for me.

Now, if A and B do not both 'check out' (my guess is that they won't) you may be stuck exploring a more traditional financing and find an outside resource to manage type of route. 

That is pretty cool that you get to have first hand knowledge of distressed properties on your route.

I slept 2-3 hours before my route and I slept in my car 4 hours after delivering papers before going to class.
