Hello All,I am looking for attorney in NJ who is focused on real estate business and who can setup right entity structure for buy & hold rental properties as well as fix & flip.

The good news is that this is totally do-able, but you're going to have to play it smart by buying smart, ensuring as best as you can that this property can attract and hold good tenants.In the meantime, I wrote up a guide that teaches first time investors how to rent out their units from start to finish, no property management company needed.

I will say I regularly do repair of permitted structures without a permit and would not have even discussed it with the jurisdiction.  

I did one SF buy and hold deal before joining.  

Besides, the point is not to hold on to the property but to add value and flip or BRRRR so it wouldn't be an issue.

Lastly, I own a duplex that I'm finishing the renovation on and am wondering if there's a way to use the equity in our duplex to leverage a brrrr or a buy and hold. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

After joining BP and changing our business plan, we now plan to BRRRR/Hold 50+ properties this year.After many talks, and receiving much feedback, with fellow investors here on BP we knew we had to put systems in place if we wanted to even have a chance at obtaining our new goal. 

Can I ask to hold off payments until I start renting it out?
