I think people use the term hyperinflation very loosely to refer to high inflation but in reality hyperinflation is a state where there is no equilibrium in inflation and it spirals out of control.It is possible that the U.S. could go through a period of high inflation in the future as that would make it easier to pay off debtors by, essentially, reducing the real value of their asset.

For once it was the insurance company sending me money rather than the other way around.I had recently upgraded the HVAC on one of my houses and since the risk of it failing was reduced, my premium was reduced.Just a reminder that should you do some major work on a house you own that you might be due some discounts from your insurance carrier.

I am sure Josh will be able to fix this on the back-end of BP, but I use this quick fix to temporarily increase the font size when typing..CTLR+SHIFT+(+/=key)..to reduce the screen back to the original size, just do..CTLR+(-/_key)hope this helps temporarily :)

I like the aspect of not having to go get proper mortgages all the time, the closing costs are much reduced from traditional mortgages.
