At this rate it appears to me that we are sinking ourselves in so much more debt that it is becoming counter-productive.Reminds me of the movie "Charlie Wilson's War" not only in how the initial amount drastically increased, but in how we fell short in the "End Game".

Great and valuable input here.As a sad aside, however, my partner/fiancee is working on a different but much-needed book for our college rentals along the lines of "How to Clean Your House".Vacuuming, sweeping, when and how to clean a toilet, scouring a sink, scrubbing a tile floor, cleaning a range, proper cleaners to use for each job, and so on and so forth.
