(fridge, range, dishwasher and usually an over-the-range microwave, at least on the more expensive ones) I do this for a few reasons, mainly because I think that usually when people move to a new house, they want to leave their old appliances behind and moving into a freshly rehabbed house with brand new appliances is a real turn on for a lot of buyers.

Avg sale price for comps is 49k with a high of 90k and this from only 4 homes ( on one website).Taxes est at 6k, plus bank I deal with does not do contstruction loans on non owner occupied.Rent would be in the 600-650 range.

For the last house I had done if I added the cabinets, I probably would have added $500-$750 to the overall price which would have put me in the 2200-2300 range all said and done for ~1800sqft of house painted (wall/trim/ceilings), a 10x12 room drywalled to finish, and misc drywall repairs throughout the house.
