This online service is promising a bunch of things inlcuding Provide you the lodging tax rate specific to your property Obtain and update any required tax accounts and licenses File and pay all lodging taxes when due (lodging taxes are filed either monthly or quarterly) Keep you up-to-date on any changes & communicate with tax agencies on your behalf.its $27  a month per property and there is a one time $299 set up fee. we will be starting with VRBO and AirBNB only for now and it is my understanding that they will remit all taxes in Georgia (verified by county tax office as well).

Maybe another quarter to half point in some markets (and then some crazy markets like Boise and Phoenix perhaps even more), but unless inflation is a lot more stubborn than anyone thinks (requiring a lot more rate hikes than the Fed is currently projecting), I don’t think interest rates or cap rates are going up too much more in most markets.How Long Will This Take To Come Into EffectAssuming we go with your 12-18 month projection, I believe the Fed will reverse course in this time and operators will be in a much better position before most of them get desperate.Bias In The MarketAgreed with all this.
