For timing purposes, if I need to pay all cash I do it, but I still get the loan to free up that capital for more purchases.I just checked and you are right, the checks have dollar signs on them, not percentage signs.

I don't know to what level of evidence I need, but I am headed over there tomorrow for another purpose and will let my nose be by guide.But rather than evict, I'm pondering simply offering them an out; vacate the dwelling within two weeks and I won't charge them the normal one-months lease-break penalty in the contract.

Welcome to BP, Ivan.You know, there were landlords before LLCs were even thought of, use to be all small rentals were individually owned.You should form a business entity for business purposes, not so much as a paranoid strategy to avoid liability (especially in a lesser populated area) as that is what insurance is for.
