I have only tried Firefox other than Explorer and I had trouble with some sites working properly with Firefox.

Again it will boil down to the loan policy and how the bank wants to structure the transaction, but it's a matter of loan classifications initially.Going this route on yoiur own without a committment from your lender can put you in a pickle as Susan pointed out above, so talk to your lender and give them a good reason why you need to close in a week (I closed a deal on the second day but had to have alot of favors done to do it but generally, even a cash deal done properly takes more than a week, so what's the rush?)

Figure about 150-200 apiece to have them installed properly.4) I think roofing is particularly subject to regional differences, but here you can get a basic shingle roof done on a small (900-1400 ft) house done for 1500-2500.Hope this helps,JMac

It has to have proper care or it unravels.My carpet cleaner recomended a short pile cheapo that he swears he can get any stain out of so I am trying that in one house.

This is a very vague question and can not be answered properly without knowing what area, what type of investment, what kind of risk factors, etc.For instance, a great cap rate for apartments in CA would be 6%, but would be terrible in Texas, Ohio, Illiniois, etc.
